Job summary
Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an RN Care Support Supervisor to lead daily operations across Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care in our WPB office. You will manage staff performance, coach teams, and ensure staffing coverage while coordinating care activities to drive quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license with BLS and has leadership experience in hospice or related fields.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida (RN) with active license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1+ year leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, home health, or geriatric care preferred.
- Experience with care support, palliative care, and educational techniques.
- Basic computer skills; EMR experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations for assigned regions (Support Center, Clinical Staffing, Crisis Care).
- Manage staff performance, coaching, and professional development.
- Develop and oversee staffing schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
- Coordinate clinical and patient care activities to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, physicians, coordinators, and clinical staff to promote collaboration.
