Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Home Care Supervisor. The role involves client assessments, caregiver supervision in homes, and care plan oversight to ensure state regulations and agency standards are met.

The RN/LPN will provide clinical guidance, participate in care coordination, and help maintain high-quality in-home services for seniors and clients requiring mobility and dementia care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home care preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments
• Perform supervisory visits with caregivers in client homes
• Develop and update client care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregivers
• Monitor client satisfaction and safety
• Document all visits and observations accurately
• Communicate findings with office staff for care coordination
• Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations
