Job summary

MedQuest Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in California. You will create and manage a plan of care for individual patients, ensuring personalized and evidence-based care.

As an RN with a solid attention to detail and strong communication, you will observe patient conditions, document changes, and collaborate with colleagues to optimize outcomes. Current RN licensure in state and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
