Riverside Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess clinical and psychosocial needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will educate families, document diligently, and coordinate safe transitions for discharge.

The role requires RN licensure (Virginia or compact state) and Bachelor's/Associate degrees, with diploma accepted where applicable.

Formación

• BSN or ADN preferred; nursing diploma acceptable if no degree.
• HS diploma/GED required only if nursing diploma is not earned.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safe transitions and patient throughput.
• Complete clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality patient care.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Educate patient and family on discharge instructions.
