Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure to practice in the state.
• 2 years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred).
• CPR certification maintained.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the care team.
