Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational oversight at the assigned location and ensures adequate staffing.
• Serves as a resource for staff and assists with the resolution of problems/concerns.
• Performs general nursing care to patients.
• Performs phone triage duties following established protocols.
• Obtains medical history for all patients at initial visit and assists with rooming and prep.
• Gathers patient information and documents appropriately; administers prescribed meds and treatments.
• Educates patients on risks and testing options and communicates test results as directed.
• Assists with scheduling tests/treatments and coordinates care with clinical partners.
