Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead nursing staff and coordinate patients' holistic plans of care. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and positive outcomes.

The role requires an active South Carolina RN license, a BSN, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to program standards across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina.
• BSN required; ADN or Diploma with enrollment in RN to BSN program considered if completion within 12 months.
• National nursing certification in specialty or must be obtained within six months of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and oversee holistic plan of care for patients.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
