Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and California RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight of ECM lead care managers and develops patient-centered care plans.
• Ensures ECM members receive needed services and measures progress toward goals.
• Oversees quality measures across access, clinical, and experiential benchmarks.
