Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Care Manager to provide nursing leadership and oversee care management services for a geriatric population. This role combines clinical leadership, staff management, care coordination, and quality improvement.

The position involves supervising Nurse Care Managers, Home Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, and CNAs; developing, implementing, and evaluating policies; supporting staff education, training, and development; and driving quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical leadership and nursing assessment skills.
• Experience caring for geriatric patients.
• Current BLS and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $76,424–$102,706/year DOE + Benefits
