Ohio's Hospice in Lancaster, OH is seeking an RN Care Manager to plan and deliver patient care using the nursing process. This full-time role serves Lancaster and surrounding areas, coordinating with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to uphold high standards of professional nursing.
