The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a talented RN to join its nursing team on site in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves ensuring quality resident care, medication administration, and ongoing collaboration with the health care team.

The RN must hold Florida licensure, graduate from an accredited school, and demonstrate strong leadership and regulatory compliance abilities. A BSN/MSN is preferred, with experience in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• RN must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• MS/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
• Nursing experience with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of practice and interpretation.
• Perform skills per guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in committees affecting nursing practice.
• Coordinate/prepare MDS schedules for assessments.
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure implementation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
