Job summary

Baystate Noble Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide basic nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with current BNH Standards of Care. You will administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and apply the nursing process to patients and families.

You will supervise other health team members, delegate care, advocate for patients, and maintain professional practice, ethics, and safety standards in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect data pertinent to health.
• Diagnose health issues based on assessment data.
• Identify expected outcomes for individualized plans.
• Plan care with strategies and alternatives.
• Implement care, coordinate delivery, and promote health.
