Avenues at Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour with growth, training and development opportunities and a supportive leadership culture.

The RN will assess residents, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with IDT to optimize health outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license is required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication skills.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
