Job summary

Arcadia-Ltc- in Illinois seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting. The RN will conduct residents assessments, contribute to care plan development with the health team, and coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residents assessments and monitor health status.
