Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.

• Experience leading nursing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates and manages nursing team resources on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote change for better outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and staff morale improvements.
