Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a nurse leader to guide patient care using the nursing process and act as a liaison within the interdisciplinary team. You will delegate, direct and support licensed and ancillary staff while ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with care standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, cultural sensitivity, and accountability for professional practice within Ochsner Health's mission and policies. A BSN is preferred and RN licensure is required.
