The Judge Group is seeking an RN Supervisor for a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Lititz, PA. The role oversees a skilled nursing unit, ensuring care plans and daily procedures adhere to policies while coordinating with physicians and CNAs to deliver compassionate resident care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and pass required screenings. This full-time position offers rotating shifts and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• PATCH clearance.
• OIG screening.
• FBI fingerprints (required if not PA resident or PA resident under 2 years).
• PPD or Quantiferon Test (within past year).
• Physical examination (within past year).
• Drug screen (within past year; THC not tested).

Responsabilités

• Supervise an assigned skilled nursing unit and provide direction, instruction, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure care plans, charts, treatment schedules, and resident care procedures are followed per policies.
• Perform nursing duties within the scope of RN licensure.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide clinical expertise in managing medical emergencies and interventions.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and document appropriately.
• Order and manage medications, supplies, and nursing station inventory.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and other practitioners.
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
