Job summary

Archimedes in Earth City, MO is seeking an RN Utilization Case Manager to coordinate care among physicians, patients and pharmacies for specialty medications. The role focuses on utilization management, case review and timely access for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN required; MSN a plus.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in utilization management and case management or infusion settings.

Responsibilities

• Review chart notes and perform utilization management on a patient/case basis.
• Coordinate specialty drug treatment delivery to appropriate sites of care.
• Handle case assignments, document progress, and close cases.
• Follow procedures to meet targets for speed, efficiency and quality.
• Escalate clinical cases as needed and maintain customer service standards.
• Represent Archimedes to external customers and support compliance programs.
• Participate in and support learning and development programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
