Job summary

Archimedes in the US is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations to join the team. This role may be fully remote.

You will work with health plans, employers and providers to manage the specialty drug benefit, leveraging Archimedes’ technology and services to drive value and lower costs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in nursing or managed care, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• RN preferred for clinical operations and case management.
• 5+ years of nursing, managed care, medical management or utilization management experience.
• Experience in medical management or billing within a health plan or TPA is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, phone communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic support to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Lead high touch case management with quality results for Archimedes programs.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while meeting program goals.
• Develop relationships with members, prescribers, pharmacies and vendors.
• Support services across multiple healthcare sectors; perform other duties as assigned.
