Responsibilities

• Evaluate client situations over the phone to identify concerns.
• Provide education on abortion, parenting, and adoption services.
• Connect women with resources to relieve pressure from circumstances.
• Provide follow-up care using knowledge base and compassion.
• Perform limited medical services for unplanned pregnancies.
• Be a key member of the medical team onsite delivering confidential care.
• Offer counseling and emotional support to clients and family.
• Document all interactions and care plans in the CMS.
• Communicate pertinent information to the Medical Director per policies.
• Promote client safety and ethical/legal nursing practice.
• Handle medical and non-medical questions with independent judgment.

Education

RN nursing license

2-4 years of clinical experience

Obstetrical/gynecological care

CPR certification (healthcare providers)
