SGMC Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the BER - MEDICAL/SURGICAL department on the Berrien Campus. This full-time role features a 12-hour day shift, delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating plans of care with physicians and teams.

The ideal candidate holds a GA RN license with CPR certification, demonstrated leadership or supervision experience, and strong communication across diverse patient populations. Join a mission-focused team committed to excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia and CPR certification.
• Clinical nursing experience with leadership or supervision preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Strong communication and adaptability across diverse patient populations.

Responsabilités

• Delivers quality patient care on shift using the nursing process for all age groups on the unit.
• Coordinates plan of care with physicians and other disciplines.
• Supports mission, vision, values, and policies of SGMC Health.
• Assists manager in operating unit within budgetary parameters.
• Supervises staff and actively contributes to staff development.
• Assists manager with assigned unit operations.
