Competenze

• Current CT RN license.

Mansioni

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates knowledge to assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and age-related factors.
• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel as appropriate.
• Participates in daily interdisciplinary patient rounds and provides input for outcomes.
• Follows ANA standards and ethics guidelines.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans.
• Participates in professional growth activities.
