• Incorporate utilization management principles into patient care plans.
• Coordinate and execute the discharge planning process for patients.
• Assess continuing care needs in conjunction with other caregivers.
• Communicate with third-party payers regarding patient progress and treatment plans.

• Current RN License in Massachusetts.
