Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts to provide and supervise medical services for a patient caseload. The RN acts as the medical treatment plan coordinator with the multidisciplinary team for master treatment and discharge plans, communicating with staff, providers, and outside agencies.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of service.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer/EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; uphold ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and report to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Use de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate on treatment plans and discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Obtain vital signs and document in the patient record.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and licensure.
• Monitor patients and adjust medical care as needed.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, notes, and care plans timely.
