Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care within approved scope and standards.
• Collaborate with MD/NP, social work, therapists and dietitians to meet patient needs.
• Document in electronic medical record and monitor care outcomes.
• Delegate and supervise LPNs and CNAs; participate in care planning and rounds.
• Act as a mentor and coach to staff; participate in shared governance.
