Job summary

Mount Carmel St. Ann's CVPCU in Westerville, OH seeks a Registered Nurse to care for progressive care patients including NSTEMI and post STEMI cardiac care.

The RN will promote safety, collaborate with families, and document care in line with Magnet standards in a supportive team. Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing.
• Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• All new graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are subject to Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety and promotes quality initiatives.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care and develops a plan of care with family.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Assumes responsibility for care documented by others as appropriate.
