Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Travel RN for the Cardiovascular OR to support 13-week assignments in a level 2 trauma center. The role requires a qualified cardiovascular CVOR nurse with an active RN license and BLS, performing perioperative care in CABG, valve procedures and other cardiac surgeries.

Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 3 years cardiovascular experience, and DaVinci robot experience preferred. Travel assignments include strict infection control and teamwork in a high-capability OR

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care during cardiovascular procedures in the operating room.

• Maintain close patient monitoring and 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratios; coordinate with team for trauma care.

Description:We are seeking a Travel RN for the cardiovascular operating room.This position involves working in a level 2 trauma center.The nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support during surgical procedures.Procedures performed include CABG, valve replacement, minimally invasive valve replacement, dissections, thoracic procedures, and vascular procedures.The unit is staffed with multiple RNs per operating room suite.Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:1 to ensure optimal care.Hourly updates to family members are required to enhance patient experience.The facility offers advanced care for critically ill patients and provides trauma injury care and emergency services.The team is known for great teamwork and collaboration.Candidates must adhere to the hospital's dress code, which includes provided scrubs.Unit specific policies and guidelines will be shared during the onboarding process.
