Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington required.
  • Two years of Progressive Cardiac Care/Telemetry experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage care for patients in the Cardiac Stroke Telemetry Unit.
  • Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessments.

Job description

Pay range:

$49.00 - $87.12
Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is currently seeking energetic, compassionate, collegiate, RNs to join our Cardiac Stroke TelemetryUnit. This 36-bed unit has a patient population that include open heart, post vascular surgeries, intermediate care, stroke and telemetry.


.6 FTE (48 hours per biweekly pay period)

12 Hour Shifts

Nights

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
  • BLS & ACLS required.
  • Two-years experience Progressive Cardiac Care/Telemetry experience required.
  • PCCN certification preferred.

Note - RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.
