You’ll care for complex cardiovascular patients, coordinate with the heart team, and support safe transitions home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• BLS certification with 30 days of hire.
• Hospital experience preferred; unit-dependent.
• BSN preferred for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework.
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, cardiologists, and clinics.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Support transitions from CVPCU to home or other units.
