Job summary

We're looking for an RN with Louisiana license and BLS, ready to lead care touchpoints, educate families, and advocate for high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Louisiana (LSBN).
• BLS certification required.
• 2+ years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead care coordination and delegation for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for direct patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Communicate with patients and families about care plans and updates.
• Participate in infection control and environment of care requirements.
• Ensure continuity of care and efficient patient throughput.
• Educate patients and families using appropriate resources.
