Job summary

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for PRN coverage. You will provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced Cath Lab, supporting pre, intra, and post-procedure patients. You’ll assist physicians, manage patient records, and administer medications per orders.

ACLS/BLS certifications are required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. The role requires an RN with an Associate Degree and Florida licensure, with 1+ year of cath lab or

Job Summary And Qualifications
We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
What you will do in this role:
You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders
What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
