Job summary

ARMStaffing is recruiting experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RNs for travel and local contract assignments across the U.S. You will join facilities specializing in cardiovascular care and perform critical duties in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Requirements include an active RN license, 1 year Cath Lab experience, and BLS/ACLS. EPIC EMR experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, stipends, housing or travel support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active RN license in practice state or compact license.
Minimum 1 year Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and EKG interpretation.
Familiarity with EPIC or other major EMR systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
Monitor patients during procedures and assess signs of distress.
Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol.
Maintain sterile technique and operate Cath Lab equipment.
Document patient responses, medications, and outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver care.

Job Description

Key Duties

Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures (angioplasty, stent placements, etc.)
Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress
Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol
Maintain sterile techniques and operate Cath Lab equipment
Accurately document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license
Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
BLS and ACLS certification required
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring
Experience with EPIC or other major EMR systems preferred
