Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Travel EP RN for our Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Lake Nona, FL. This 13-week contract position offers a 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM schedule and the opportunity to provide specialized care for electrophysiology procedures.

You will work with the cardiology team, ensure accurate documentation, and educate patients and families about procedures and post-care steps. Florida RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel Electrophysiology (EP) Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The RN will be responsible for providing expert care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of patients undergoing catheterization lab procedures.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedure care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
