Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX seeks an Assistant RN-BSN Program Coordinator and Nursing Faculty member to provide academic leadership, advising, and teaching within the RN-BSN curriculum. You will coordinate program operations, mentor students, develop curriculum, support accreditation efforts, and collaborate with faculty and staff to advance student success and degree completion.

Qualifications

• MSN required from an accredited institution.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current RN license; eligibility for licensure in TX.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate RN-BSN courses using evidence-based methods.
• Advise and mentor students on academic progression and career goals.
• Develop and evaluate curriculum and participate in accreditation activities.
• Coordinate program operations and recruitment/retention efforts.
• Collaborate with faculty and university departments to support student success.
