Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas is hiring a Registered Nurse for Bone Marrow Transplant opportunities on FT Nights (3, 12-hour shifts per week). Shift times: 6:45pm CST – 7:15am CST, supporting fast-paced Oncology units caring for BMT recipients and ICU/Oncology patients.

The Oncology leadership team fosters learning, mentoring, and growth, with pharmacists on the unit, a dedicated Palliative Care Team, and a culture of collaboration to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience in the US.
• 2+ years of ICU experience and worked in an ICU unit within the last year.
• 2+ years of Oncology experience highly desired.
• Bone Marrow Transplant experience highly desired.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.

SHIFT: FT NIGHTS (3, 12 Hour shift per week)

Our Oncology units are fast paced units that include high acuitypatients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Oncology leadership team fosters an environment that supportslearning, mentoring, and building each team member.
Patient Population: Bone Marrow Transplant recipients,Oncology Critically Ill (ICU),Oncology Telemetry,Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cells (CAR-T) recipients, andPhase One or High Acuity Research trial patients
Patient Ratios: 1:3for Day shift and 1:4for Night shift and 1:2 ICU
Number of Beds: 24-bed, single patient rooms
Dedicated to celebrating and supporting each other and our patients, our Oncology Units have Pharmacists located in the unit to partner with nurses in patient care, a dedicated Palliative Care Team, a Multidisciplinary Team that works together and Manager & Supervisor here to support and encourage your growth.
