Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. The RN delivers nursing care, implements medical orders, and communicates barriers to the supervisor.

The role delegates tasks to LPNs and unlicensed staff, supports patients with crisis, behavioral health, and medical needs, and participates in continuity of care across our Arizona facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) RN licensure in good standing.
• Valid identification required.
• AZ Driver’s License (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).

Responsibilities

• The RN provides nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Delivers and communicates medical orders and barriers to the supervisor and attending practitioner.
• Delegates and supervises tasks to LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
