Job summary

Community Bridges (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team providing nursing care to patients across behavioral health and crisis services in Arizona. You will execute physician orders and communicate barriers to care promptly, while supervising licensed and support staff as needed.

Ideal candidates hold an AZ nursing license (or compact license) with 1–3 years of healthcare experience, and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience with crisis exposure preferred.
• Current, good standing AZ Board of Nursing license or compact license accepted, or eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients within a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out orders from the medical practitioner and report barriers promptly.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
