Castleview Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in Price, Utah. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to support emotional, behavioral, and physical needs.

Qualifications

• Requires current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.

Responsabilités

• Performs plan of care interventions including medications, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with daily living activities (hygiene, nutrition, mobility).
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care.
• Educates patient and family about condition and care needs.
