Job summary

Lifepoint Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Triangle Springs in Raleigh, NC. You’ll perform patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, document care, and help oversee the Interdisciplinary Care Plan in a behavioral health setting.

We offer a supportive team, 8-hour day shifts (7:30am-4:00pm), and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include NC RN license, BLS and CPI certifications within 30 days of hire, and preferred psychiatric

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
