Aufgaben

• Provide clinical evaluations of referrals to determine appropriateness for the program.
• Coordinate psychiatric assessments with attending psychiatrists.
• Identify developmental tasks and needs for care planning.
• Maintain referral networks with care homes, hospitals and clinics to promote the program.
• Complete medical necessity documents for insurance reviews and precertification.
• Assist in third-party utilization strategies and report quality indicators.
• Report from Intake at director/manager and staff meetings.
• Announce new processes or referral changes to sources as needed.
• Maintain referral logs and periodic program reports.
• Maintain contact with community agencies to inform about services.
• Comply with corporate reporting requirements (Quality, HR, Finance).
