Qualifications

- BSN is required; MSN is preferred for leadership in behavioral health.
- ACLS certification is preferred for clinical leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading nursing teams in mental health or addiction services.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise patient care in the mental health/addiction unit.
- Develop and implement care standards, policies, and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource utilization for the unit.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead staff through performance management and professional development.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
