Aufgaben

• Oversee fulfillment of patient medical orders and address medical concerns.
• Triage medical issues and administer medications as directed by the physician.
• Monitor patient self-administration of medications.
• Serve as first line in medical emergencies and coordinate with clinical team.
• Perform routine laboratory procedures as authorized.
• Document patient observations accurately in records per policy.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, nurses and pharmacy staff.
• Manage admission/discharge processes, including pre-screening and obtaining health history.
