Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse; psychiatric experience preferred.
• Licensed RN in Florida and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and admission inquiries and provide program information.
• Verify insurance coverage and coordinate admissions with staff and physicians.
• Assess mental health status, triage, and communicate safety concerns per EMTALA.
• Document patient information in Med Series 4 and ensure smooth referral flow.
