Job summary

Centerpoint - Paris, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 58-bed acute care facility in Paris, KY.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage plan-of-care interventions including medication administration. A current KY RN license and BLS are required. We offer a $10,000 two-year commitment bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in KY.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in behavioral health.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional team to support a safe, therapeutic environment and high-quality outcomes.
• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
