ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health for a 13-week night shift contract in Lawton, Oklahoma. The RN will deliver direct behavioral health care, perform assessments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires 2 years of adult behavioral health experience, Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and the ability to work 12-hour nights from 7 PM to 7 AM with guaranteed hours.

Qualificações

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health will provide direct care to patients with mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, and offering therapeutic communication and crisis intervention. The RN will monitor patient well-being, educate patients and their families, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
