Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing assessment, care, evaluation, and education to patients and families, following established policies and procedures.
• Promote evidence-based practice by utilizing research to develop, implement, and evaluate standards such as care plans, protocols, and guidelines.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and foster professional development.
• Support role clarity through competence, expertise, and knowledge, serving as a role model and supporting a learning environment.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN)

Experience: No prior work experience required

Licenses and Certifications: BLS from American Heart Association, RN licenses for Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee

Skills and Abilities
