Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant acute hospital nursing experience (inpatient adult, pediatrics, critical care, ED, or urgent care).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan (required upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize patient bed placement across the facility.
• Plan and prioritize patient placement requests based on urgency and availability.
• Facilitate timely patient placement through effective communication.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities

Proficiency with EPIC or other clinical documentation systems

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge of patient flow and hospital operations

Education

Associate's Degree – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor’s Degree (BSN or higher)
