Wellpath in Vermont is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift at VT DOC Marble Valley MVRCF. You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients under Charge Nurse supervision.

The role requires a current RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinic experience. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to deliver compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and maintain compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervision as necessary.
