Mount Nittany Health is seeking an RN Attending to provide direct patient care on-site in State College, PA. The nurse will assess needs, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, direct, and evaluate care across the continuum.

The role requires an associates degree in nursing with BSN preferred and licensure to practice as an RN. Prior RN or LPN experience plus BLS are required, with potential for leadership duties as needed.

Formación

• Associates' Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred; BSN required within four years of hire.
• 1 year of RN experience or 2 years of LPN experience with BLS required.
• Current RN licensure in state of employment or multistate license via compact.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, direct, practice, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide clinical assessment and triage of patient calls.
• Educate patients and families as required.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team across continuum.
• Communicate with physicians and health professionals to plan care.
• Maintain communication on patient needs and outcomes.
• Support quality data collection and process improvement.
• Participate in interviewing and training staff.
