Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an RN Associate Health for a PRN role across multiple locations, including Newport News, VA. The position emphasizes immunizations, surveillance of associate health records, and collaboration with HR and Infection Prevention to maintain compliance and program success.

The role requires BSN, RN licensure in the state, and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with preferred occupational/associate health exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with HR Legal & Compliance Law Knowledge (i.e. OSHA, ADA, EEOC, FMLA, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
• Experience with EMR systems and infection prevention collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of associate health regulations and supports policy development.
• Performs surveillance and maintains confidential associate health records.
• Collaborates with Health Director, Infection Prevention and Wellness teams for program success.
• Delivers immunizations, TB screening, respirator fit testing and related services.
